DO I NEED PAINT CORRECTION?
Paint Correction is the process of machine polishing the paint work to remove imperfections such as scratches, swirl marks and scuffs, this is a multi stage process using different polishes and polishing pads specific to your paint work to produce a flawless finish.
Most new cars generally just require a prep polish which enhances the gloss and prepares the paint work for the coating application as they have not been exposed to years of dirt, grime and washing, whereas used cars always require a multi stage paint correction as they most always have imperfections from being exposed to environmental elements and continious washing over time, degrading the clear coat.
Whilst your car may look amazing in the shade, often when direct sunlight or our inspection light is directed at the paint you will see imperfections such as swirl marks, which often come as a surpise to people when we show them, before coating your paint work we advise what level of preperation is required and what can be removed within safe levels.
